About

I'm Moriah, a senior software engineer at The Walt Disney Company. I work on the app that takes over your TV when you cast from Disney's apps to a Chromecast: how it plays video, how we monitor it, and the shared UI that several brands are built on. I've also worked at Major League Baseball, Disney Streaming, Webflow, and Cisco.

Outside of work, I'm building Healthsome, a privacy-first health tracker for people with chronic illnesses. Honestly, I built it for myself first. I have complex PTSD, and keeping track of everything just to function was so much harder than it should have been. Talking with my friends in the disabled and chronic illness communities made it clear I wasn't alone (the apps out there just weren't built for us), so I'm making the one I (and hopefully we) need.
